How Do I Delete A Client or Reinstate A Client?

Deleting a client takes place in the web app by logging into GrayInstitute.com.

Step 1: Click Access Clients

Step 2: On client of choice, click the eyeball to hide the client

Step 3: Once you have hidden the client from your practice, if you want to delete them you must click the red filter icon on client list 

Step 4: Next click toggle hidden clients 

Step 5: You can either permanently delete client by pressing trash can or pressing the eyeball will reinstate. To note, if you presently delete a client and a scenario occurs where you would like to coach them again you would need to invite them as a new client.
