Mobility consist of:
- Excursion Goals
- Balance Reach Goals
Strength consist of:
- Push/Pull Goals
- Ground to Stand Goals
- Lifting
Metabolic consist of:
- Conditioning Goals
Power consist of:
- Acceleration / Deceleration Goals
- Speed / Reaction
- Max Power
A coach can also add in their own goals specific to the individual client within the app, by selecting goals from the client profile and inputting.
