How Do I Assign An Intake Form?

An Intake Form can be sent within the mobile app under the client profile card. After selecting the client click intake form and press Add New Intake. You will be able to select from the pre-built templates. Once you have selected the intake form press send form.

 

Your client will receive the intake form within the HomeFit+ app under the Coach Tab. They can fill the form out, and submit right from the app. The form will then be stored under your client profile tab for you to view.
