Creating a personalized workout takes place on the web app GI.Dhfitapp.com. After logging in with your Gray Institute credentials
Step 1: Navigate to the Trainer Tab and select clients from the drop down.
Step 2: Select your client by pressing profile card
Step 3: After you have set a goal, click program icon and press red + button. Select create new.
Step 4: Input name, description, type of workout, and start date. Press Next.
Step 5: Set workout duration, and movement pillar breakdown
Step 6: Add exercises by name or by utilizing the filter icon to narrow selections. Press the + button to add a particular exercise.
Step 7: After selecting exercises, modify movement variables as desired, click save and your workout will be published to your client/patient.
The client will receive an email notification from HomeFit+ (client app), and can access through mobile app via the Coach Tab.
