How To Invite A Client

A Gray Institute Coach can invite an unlimited amount of clients to their practice. There are two ways to invite a client. 

1. In the Gray Institute Mobile App

In the trainer module, please click the clients image banner, and press the Invite New Client button in bottom right hand corner. Next, fill in required information and press send invite.

2. In the Gray Institute Web Application

If you are entering the web app via grayinstitute.com, after login in please press the invite client banner on the splash page to invite.

Your client will receive and email from the platform inviting them into the HomeFit+ client app. Their credentials will be in there as well as a link to the mobile app. If they are on a desktop they must download the HomeFit+ app on a mobile device.
