A Game Plan is a series of workouts designed to elicit a desired adaptation variable goal, whereas a quick workout is one workout with a single focus.
For example a Game Plan for enhancing the ability of your clients to perform a push up will have four phases of workouts to be performed in minimal 2 week durations.*
Each Game Plan will come with support material under the Guidance Section for clients to follow along.
You can view all material prior to assigning within the mobile or web app under the clients tab - Game Plans.
* All Game Plans must be personalized based on your professional recommendations for the individual. The Game Plan is a blueprint only.
