You do not need to resend an invite to a client that didn't receive an invite. In most cases having them check their junk mail will suffice. In a rare case that there is a block to the email (company firewall as example), a GI Coach can manually reset their password and send them their credentials. This allows you to send their username (their email) and password manually to avoid any frustration. In order to do this:
Step 1: Login to the web app at GrayInstitute.com and press Access Clients.
Step 2: Press the padlock to reset password
