Paid programs are a series of workouts that are goal specific. Within each program you will have access to workouts, and any associated guidance material for the program. The subscription allows you access to all programs at anytime. New programs are added each month. For those with specific goals we highly recommend subscribing to the program feature.
The workouts are free for all HomeFit+ users, and are developed for a single focus. The workouts are designed in conjunction with the Movement Meter to help assist you in achieving your weekly movement goals. The workouts are based on the 4 Movement Pillars:
- Mobility
- Strength
- Metabolic
- Power
New workouts are also added in monthly.
