From the bottom tool bar on a phone, or the top tool bar on a tablet select Coach Tab. From there you will see the My Coach page.
To view your workout, select Game Plan. You will have a choice to select workouts, habit videos, or guidance material. Select Workouts and press play to view each movement within workout.
You can view variables such as sets and reps by pressing the Show Info button under the video.
After competition of workout press I Did It, and your Movement Meter will populate and show your progress for the week on the Home Page.
